By placing a booking with Matchday Hospitality, the customer agrees to these terms.
Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.
2. Services and offer
Matchday Hospitality offers hospitality arrangements and related services for sporting events.
All offers and information on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Matchday Hospitality may adjust, suspend, or terminate services without liability to the customer.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking is final only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on our website.
If payment is late, Matchday Hospitality may cancel the booking without compensation to the customer.
After payment, the customer receives a confirmation with the booking details.
4. Prices and fees
All prices include the listed services and exclude any taxes or surcharges unless stated otherwise.
Matchday Hospitality may change prices without prior notice.
Any extra costs, such as administration or service fees, are communicated in advance.
No rights can be derived from obvious pricing errors on the website.
5. Cancellations, changes, and transferability
Cancellations by the customer are only possible in line with the cancellation terms provided at booking.
Refunds depend on the conditions of the supplier and the timing of cancellation.
Changes to a booking are possible depending on availability and any additional costs.
Tickets and arrangements are generally non-transferable unless agreed in writing with Matchday Hospitality.
6. Delivery of tickets and entry
Tickets are sent by email no later than a few days before the event to the provided email address.
The customer is responsible for providing correct details.
Matchday Hospitality is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to tickets after delivery.
The customer is responsible for complying with entry rules and showing valid ID if required.
7. Liability and force majeure
Matchday Hospitality acts as an intermediary and is not liable for program changes, relocations, or cancellations by the organizer.
In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, severe weather, or extraordinary circumstances—Matchday Hospitality cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or extra costs.
Matchday Hospitality is not liable for damage resulting from actions or omissions of the customer or third parties.
8. Conduct and regulations
The customer must follow the house rules and regulations of the stadium, organizer, and other involved parties.
Misconduct may lead to removal from the venue without refund.
Any fines or sanctions resulting from the customer's actions are the customer's responsibility.
9. Complaints procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after the event.
Matchday Hospitality will handle complaints as soon as possible and provide a suitable solution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it can be submitted to a competent court.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes arising from these terms will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in West Brabant.
